Agent Tracer
Trace one agent run with OpenTelemetry GenAI span names.
What it does
Records agent, plan, model and tool spans on a virtual clock, prints the run as a tree, and asks the trace what failed, whether the answer matches, where the time went, and who spent the tokens. No OpenTelemetry SDK.
The guardrail
Verify the run, not just the final answer.
